Prosper for Greening Community Base is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Kwamafunchi-Kondoa, Dodoma Region, Tanzania. It focuses on combating poverty and fostering sustainable development, primarily through the restoration of degraded landscapes to improve the livelihoods of rural communities.
The organization was legally incorporated under the Non-Governmental Organization Act, 2002, and officially registered on 7th March 2018, with registration number 00NGO/0009558.
Vision: “Free poor rural communities, a community with extremely prosperous development.”
Mission: “To facilitate comprehensive and sustainable prosperity for rural families” by revitalizing natural resources, promoting ecological balance, and empowering communities for long-term socio-economic growth.

As a minimum, we always provide feedback and post course evaluation so that you know we’ve helped your staff to improve so they can do their jobs better. We can also provide further evaluation in the form of on the job observation and coaching.
As standard for all or our training courses, we offer a free post course email coaching service, to all delegates. We also work with you to identify future training needs.
Prosper for Greening Community Base manages the Greening Africa Three (GA3) project, launched on 16th October 2023 in Kwamafunchi Village. GA3 is implemented in collaboration with Pachamama Raymi from Peru and funded by Dutch sponsors, including STICHTING PERSPECTIEF, STICHTING SUMMER FUND, and STICHTING OTTERFONDS. The project focuses on sustainable land restoration, community health, and environmental resilience.

Rural communities, families, and farmers in Kwamafunchi and surrounding areas.
Local leaders and stakeholders involved in development initiatives.
Volunteers, donors, NGOs, policymakers, researchers, and the general public interested in sustainable development and environmental conservation.
